Peppers with everything!

So, today was a pretty low-key day. It was the 3^rd day of school with a repeat of Italian and European Issues. However, our European Issues teacher terrified our whole class by saying her class is difficult and her exams are hard and you will have to study a lot and so on and so forth, so everyone is talking about dropping it. But, I need the credit hours and am never afraid of a challenge, so I’m in for the long run.

Tonight was Marissa’s dinner night and she made these fresh sausage links from the market with peppers and onions – so phenomenal!
